Bulacan Philippines Annual Conference

The Bulacan Philippines Annual Conference, or simply BulPAC, is an Annual Conference of the United Methodist Church in the Philippines. This conference serves the whole province of Bulacan, northern part of Valenzuela (Polo) and small part of Pampanga. It is part of the Manila Episcopal Area of the Philippines Central Conference.

The current presiding Bishop is Bishop Lito Cabacungan Tangonan.

The Bulacan Philippines Annual Conference is further subdivided into 4 smaller regions, called "districts," which provide further administrative functions for the operation of local churches in cooperation with each other, under the supervision of the District Superintendent.
